艾克清胶囊对荷瘤小鼠网状内皮系统(RES)吞噬功能的影响

摘　　要：目的:观察艾克清胶囊对荷瘤小鼠网状内皮系统的吞噬作用。方法:艾克清胶囊1.0 g/kg/d、2.0 g/kg/d、4.0 g/kg/d给小鼠灌胃给药,连续给药10天,然后尾静脉注射1%明胶溶液稀释的25%印度墨汁,取血测定其光密度,计算单位时间内炭粒廓清率。结果:艾克清胶囊对小鼠的吞噬指数K及校正吞噬指数α均有显著的增强作用(P<0.05～0.01)。结论:艾克清胶囊有促进小鼠网状内皮吞噬功能的作用,说明本品具有促进免疫功能的作用。Objective： To observe the effect of Ai Keqing capsule on the function of deglutition of reticuloendothelial system （RES） in the mice. Method： Ai Keqing capsule 1.0 g/kg/d, 2.0 g/kg/d, 4.0 g/kg/d gavage administration to mice, for delivery 10 days before the end of intravenous injection of 1% diluted solution of gelatin 25% of India ink, the blood of its light density, the trait of measure of time charcoal tablets clearance rate. Results： Ai Keqing capsule in mice phagocytic index K and correction phagocytic index a were significantly enhanced role. Conclusion： Ai Keqing capsule mice reticuloendothelial to promote the role of phagocytosis, that the goods are to promote immune function.
