针刺治疗单纯性肥胖病疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:观察耳针、体针、耳体针结合治疗单纯性肥胖病的疗效。方法:将90例单纯性肥胖病人分为耳针组、体针组、耳体针结合组分别施治,并视不同证型施以相应补泻手法。结果:体针组与耳体针结合组疗效明显优于耳针组,体针组证型与疗效无明显关系,而耳针组胃肠实热型疗效高于脾虚湿阻型、肾气不足型和肝郁气滞型。结论:耳体针结合治疗单纯性肥胖疗效较好。objective： to observe the effect of otopuncture, body acupuncture and combining of otopuncture and body acupuncture to treat simple obesity. Methods： 90 cases of simple obesity were divided into otopuncture, body acupuncture and combining of otopuncture and body acupuncture group. The different type of syndrome was treated with different reinforcing and reducing method. Results： the body acupuncture group and combining of otopuncture and body acupuncture group had the better effect than otopuncture group. There was no obviously relation between type of syndrome and curative effect in body acupuncture group. The curative effect was better in type of stomach intestine sthenic fever than type of splenic asthenia moist block, type of deficiency of kidney-qi and type of stagnation of qi due to depression of the liver in otopuncture group. Conclusion： the combining of otopuncture and body acupuncture has the better effect to treat simple obesity.
