摘　　要：李真教授治疗消渴的经验与特色:以降糖为主结合降脂治疗,辨病与辨证有机结合,根据不同病机采用益气养阴、活血化瘀、健脾除湿、滋阴固肾等法综合治疗,活血化瘀法贯穿治疗始终。Prof. Li Zhen＇s experience and characteristic for the treatment of diabetes was presented： Reduces the blood glucose primarily combined lipid-lowering therapy, the combination of disease and syndrome differentiation, According to different pathogenesis, the patients was treated with synthetic therapy such as Supplementing Qi and Nourishing Yin, activating blood and resolving stasis, Strenthening the Spleen and Eliminating Dampness, nourishing yin and invigorating the kidney. The principle activating blood and resolving stasis is used during whole procedure.
