中药治疗四肢骨折后期关节僵硬52例  

52 Cases of Anchylosis of Extremities Bone Fracture Later Stage Treated in Chinese Crude Drug

摘　　要：采用中药熏洗(处方:川芎、红花、伸筋草、透骨草、海桐皮、威灵仙、苏木等)、内服《中医伤科学》肢伤二方或桃红四物汤合八珍汤化裁,并配合手法治疗四肢骨折后期关节僵硬52例,治愈33例,显效13例,好转3例,无效3例,总有效率94%。52 cases of anchylosis of extremities bone fracture later stage were treated in Chinese crude drug fumigating and washing （prescription： ligustici, rhizome, Carthamus tinctorius, lycopodii, berba, tuberculate speranskia herb, erythrinae, cortex, Chinese clematis root, lignum sappan） and ad usum internum Taohong siwu tang plus Decoction of Eight Ingredients and the manipulation treatment was used in the treatment. The curing was 33 cases, the excellence was 13 cases, the improvement was 3 cases and the ineffective was 3 cases. The total effective rate was 94 %.
