摘　　要：计算机科学的发展,社会以及其它学科对计算机需求的变化,中小学计算机课程改革的深入,给大学计算机基础教育带来了深刻的影响.论述了大学计算机基础课程如何改变教学观念、改革教学内容、教学手段、教学环境等等,以满足新时期各行各业对计算机应用技术、信息技术的需要,在各个领域培养能充分使用计算机的高素质人才,以适应社会发展.It is the development of computer science, the changes of computer requirements from society and other subjects and the further reform in computer courses at both middle schools and primary schools that have brought about great influence on computer-based education at colleges. This paper expounds how to change our teaching idea, contents, means and environment etc. to meet the recent needs for the techniques of computer operation, application and information from every walk of life so that we can foster high-quality talents who are able to make good use of computers in every field and make them keep abreast with the development of our society.
