摘 要:铁路是我国少数垄断行业之一,在微观铁路运输市场上,基本仍是国铁独家所有、垄断经营的格局,其在总体上仍是一个市场化程度低和对外开放程度低的"双低"行业。近年来,随着我国加入WTO,部分国外物流巨头开始涉足行包快运等铁路货运业,特别是我国物流业的迅猛发展,给铁路货运业带来了前所未有的冲击和挑战,铁路货运业能否最大限度地发挥自身优势向现代物流转型是摆在当前铁路货运业面前的一个重要课题。基于此,文章对我国铁路货运业向现代物流转型的现实基础进行分析。首先对传统铁路货运业与现代物流的联系与区别进行分析,接着分析了我国铁路货运业市场发展现状,最后分析我国铁路货运业向现代物流融合的优势和劣势。China railway, is one of the few monopoly enterprises in China. From the view of micrecosmic railway transport market, basically, it is still of the pattern of state owning and state monopolistic operating, which is generally a "Double0Low" industry, i.e. Low marketization, low extent of opening up. With the entrance of China into WTO, some foreign logistics giants have set foot in the field of railway freight. Especially, the fast development of logistics brings great impact and challenge to railway in China and it is a big task for China Railway Freight transit to modern logistics.This article modern logistics the realitic base of China's rail freight transit to modern logistics. First Analysis the Contact with distinction between China railway freight and modern logistics, then analysis development status of China railway freight transiting to modem logistics, at last Analysis advantage and disadvantage of China railway freight transiting to modern logistics.
