摘  要:研究对硫磷胁迫下,饲料中添加适量的锰对中华米虾(Caridina denticulata sinensis)超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活性的影响.结果表明,对硫磷对中华米虾的24,48,72和96h的半致死质量浓度(LC50)分别为15.00,8.20,6.83和4.60μg/L.中华米虾有锰组和无锰组在不同质量浓度对硫磷(0~4.60μg/L)的胁迫下,SOD活力受到明显影响,均呈现先升高后降低的趋势,饲料中添加有适量锰(150μg/g)的实验组米虾SOD的活力要高于对照组米虾SOD的活力.可见,饲料中添加适量的锰可提高中华米虾SOD的活性,有益于提高虾体抗氧化的能力,增强虾体对环境胁迫的耐受力.The effects of dietary Mn supplementation on the superoxide dismutase(SOD) of Caridina denticulata sinensis exposed to parathion were investigated. The results showed that the 24, 48, 72 and 96 h LC50 values of parathion were 15.00, 8.20, 6.83 and 4.60 μg/ L. With the increasing of parathion concentration(from 0 to 4.60μg/L) ,the activities of SOD all rised firstly and then went down. Moreover, the SOD activities of shrimps fed a Mn-supplemented diet of 150μg/g were significantly higher than those fed a control diet. Thus, an appropriate Mn-supplemented diet can raise the antioxidant capacity of C. d. sinensis and inprove it's tolerance to the environmental stress.
