摘 要:火力发电厂引风机的配置和选型直接影响着电厂运行的稳定性和经济性。针对1000MW超超临界燃煤锅炉引风机的3种配置方案(设增压风机,不设增压风机采用静叶可调或动叶可调轴流风机)进行了技术和经济分析,得出在同步配置脱硫系统时,不设增压风机而采用动叶可调轴流风机经济上是最佳的;而设置动叶可调增压风机,引风机采用静叶可调轴流风机运行上比较灵活,引风机寿命较长,但维护费用较高。The configuration and type selection of induced fan for fossil fuel-fired power plants directly influence the stability and economical efficiency of the unit's operation. Based on 3 configurations (with booster fan; without booster fan, but adopting stationary or moving blade adjustable axial fan), a technical and economic analysis is being performed for the induced fan of a 1 000 MW ultra supercritical coal-fired boiler. Analysis results show that under same conditions that a desulfurization system is arranged, the configuration without booster fan but adopting moving blade adjustable axial fan has the best economical efficiency; whereas when a moving blade adjustable booster fan is provided, matching the induced draft fan of the stationary blade adjustable axial type, the operation is nimble, and its induced fan has relatively a longer life, however in this case the maintenance cost will be higher.
