摘 要:采用有限单元法,在加强箍与筒体之间有或无预紧力条件下,计算研究了加强箍的分布参数对转鼓壁应力的影响。计算结果表明,无论鼓箍间是否有预紧力,只有当箍间距c<3.5r0δ(r0是转鼓筒体平均半径,δ是筒体壁厚)时两个加强箍间的筒体部分才得到加强;对于总截面积一定的加强箍而言,当箍间距c=r0δ时,加强箍的加强作用最显著。最佳的端长d的确定受箍间距、箍截面和预紧力的影响。The finite element method is used to study the influence of the distributing parameters of the reinforcing ring on the stress of centrifugal drum, under the condition that there is a pre compression between the reinforcing ring and shell or not. The results indicate that the shell between two adjacent rings is reinforced only when their range interval, c is less than 3.5 √r0δ( where r0,δ represents the mean radio and the thickness of shell respectively) and no matter if there is a pre compression. The enforcing effect is most significant when c is equal to √r0δ for definitive total cross-sectional area of ring. The optimal end length d is affected by the range interval, cross-section of rings and the pre compression.
