摘　　要：可靠性是衡量智能仪器质量优劣的重要技术指标,硬件的可靠性决定着智能仪器的可靠性,通过分析影响智能仪器硬件可靠性因素,提出了提高智能仪器硬件可靠性的措施和设计方法。Reliability is an important technical index of measuring the quality of intelligent instrumentation. Relia- bility of the intelligent instrumentation is determined by that of the hardware. The measures and design methods of improving the reliability of hardware of intelligent instrumentation are proposed by analyzing the factors which affect the reliability of hardware of intelligent instrumentation.
