陆地棉体胚发育过程中特异蛋白质的表达

摘　　要：对陆地棉愈伤组织诱导及体细胞胚胎发生过程中的可溶性蛋白质含量变化及利用SDS-聚丙烯酰胺凝胶电泳技术对特异蛋白质进行了研究。结果表明,各个时期的可溶性蛋白质含量是不同的,在愈伤组织形成初期较低,随着愈伤组织的生长及胚状体的形成,可溶性蛋白质含量逐渐上升,在经过两次继代时达最大值,以后又逐渐降低;外植体、非胚性愈伤组织、胚性愈伤组织阶段各有其特异表达的蛋白质,并且不同品种之间外植体所表达的蛋白质也有所不同,与其再生能力可能有重要关系。The dynamic changes of soluble proteins occurred during somatic embryogenesis of Gossypium hirsutum L.were an-alyzed,and the protein components occurred in the different development stages were compared by SDS-PAGE technique.The result indicated that the content of soluble protein changed regularly,being lower in earlier callus and reaching maxi-mum after two times of successive transfer culture,then decreasing.Specific proteins were detected at different development stages of embryogenesis.The proteins differed among the explants of different cultivars,which meant an important relations with its regeneration capacity.
