摘  要:利用ISSR分子标记对14个不同来源的黑木耳菌株进行了指纹图谱分析。在选用的15个ISSR引物中,有2条引物建立了14个菌株的指纹图谱,其能将所有供试菌株相互间区分开来,并表现出丰富的遗传多样性。用NTSYS软件进行聚类分析,可将14个供试菌株分为2个类群,类群Ⅰ包括11个菌株,且其可进一步划分为3个亚类;类群Ⅱ包括3个菌株;其中"981"和丰收1号的遗传距离最近。ISSR marker was used to find reliable fingerprint to identify 14 Auricularia auricula cultivars in this paper.The result showed that 15 ISSR primers tested could produce distinct and polymorphic fingerprints among 14 cultivated strains of Auricularia auricula.An acceptable DNA fingerprint was constructed with 2 primers that could be used to identify these Au-ricularia auricula cultivars,all cultivars were distinguished from each other and showed genetic diversity.The result from the clustering analysis by NTSYS showed that these cultivated strains could be divided into two groups: Group Ⅰconsisted of 11 strains,which could be divided into 3 subgroups;Group Ⅱconsisted of 3 strains.The genetic distance was the closest be-tween strains 981 and strains Fengshou No.1.
