摘　　要：研究了不同浓度的去污剂十二烷基磺酸钠(SDS)和聚乙二醇辛基苯乙醚(Triton-X 100,TX)对菠菜类囊体膜的结构与功能的影响。结果表明,SDS处理的类囊体膜叶绿素a与b的比值、光系统I(PSI)的耗氧活性、光系统II(PSII)的放氧活性以及室温吸收光谱的下降程度等要明显大于TX处理。这说明SDS与类囊体膜蛋白相互作用,微环境变化更为明显,SDS对菠菜类囊体膜结构与功能的影响要大于TX。The effects of different concentrations of detergents SDS and Triton-X 100（TX） on thylakoid’s membrane structure and function in spinach were studied in this paper.The results showed that the ratio of chlorophyll a and b,PSI oxygen consumption activity,PSII oxygen evolution activity and room temperature absorption spectrometry after SDS treatment were markedly decreased than that after TX treatment.The microenvironment of thylakoid membrane was affected markedly because of interaction between SDS and thylakoid membrane.It demonstrated that SDS affected the structure and function of the thy-lakoid membrane markedly than TX.
