摘 要:建立了精甲霜灵在土壤中的残留分析方法及其在热带气候下在土壤中的消解动态和最终残留。土壤样品经乙酸乙酯萃取,净化后采用毛细管气相色谱法-氮磷检测器(GC-NPD)进行测定。在0.05、0.10、1.00 mg·kg-1 3个添加水平,平均添加回收率分别为82.7%、89.4%、95.1%,变异系数分别为7.2%、8.3%、3.2%,符合农药残留分析的要求。结果表明,精甲霜灵在土壤中消解速度较快,测得在土壤中半衰期第一次2005年为3.49 d,第二次2006年为2.91 d;以最大推荐施用剂量和2倍最大推荐施用剂量施用,不同处理测得在最后一次施药后2 d残留量均小于0.5 mg·kg-1。分析结果表明精甲霜灵是一种使用安全的杀菌剂。The method for analysis of metalaxyl-M,its degradation and residue in soil under tropical climate were invested in this study.Soil samples were extracted with ethyl acetate and clean up,prior to detection by GC with NPD.Spike ex-periments were carried out to determine the recovery and precision of the method.The recoveries and coefficients of variation of the metalaxyl-M were in the range of 82.7%~95.1% and 3.2%~8.3% respectively at a spiked concentration of 0.05,0.10 and 1.00mg.kg^-1.The results revealed that Metalaxyl-M degraded rapidly in soil with half-lives of 3.49d in 2005y and 2.91d in 2006y.The final residues of metalaxyl-M in soils after 2 days of last treatment were both less than 0.5mg.kg^-1 at the rec-ommended level and twice level,which indicated that metalaxyl-M was a safe fungicide in the soil under tropical climate.
