摘　　要：股权分置改革的完成,我国股票市场进入全流通时代。在这一革命性变革背景下,我国上市公司投资者关系管理工作进入新的历史时刻,其重要性日益显现。正是在这一前提下,对上市公司投资者关系管理中的利益相关者进行博弈分析,具体为投资者与上市公司之间的博弈、投资者之间的博弈、股东和经营者之间的博弈、上市公司之间的博弈、公司与社会公众之间的博弈。After the shareholder structure reform, China＇s stock market will go into full circulation time. Investor relations management is more important to listed companies and is just entering a new historical moment. Stakeholders in investor relations managements of listed companies are been game analyzed separately.The following game analyses are included, between the investors and listed companies, between the investors, between the shareholders and operators, between the listed companies ,and between the listed companies and general public.
