连铸板坯中的Al_2O_3夹杂缺陷及其对冷轧板性能的影响

摘　　要：采用取样分析和跟踪试验方法，研究了连铸板坯中的Ａｌ２Ｏ３夹杂低倍缺陷对０８Ａｌ和ＷＬＣ冷轧板性能和质量的影响，结果表明：Ａｌ２Ｏ３夹杂缺陷一般不影响冷轧板的冷弯性能和力学性能的σｓ和σｂ值，但对延伸性能（δ值）和深冲性能（杯突值）以及内部质量均有影响，表现为随着铸坯中Ａｌ２Ｏ３夹杂级别的增高。The effect of Al_2O_3 inclusion in cc slab on the properties of cold-rolled sheet (08Al & WLC) have been investigated by means of on-line trails method. It has been shown that in general the Al_2O_3 inclusion defect have less influences on the cold-bend property and σ s,σ b values of the cold rolled sheet,but the elongation,deep drawability and internal quality of steets depend on Al_2O_3 inclusion. As increased the grades of Al_2O_3 inclusion,the elongation,deep drawability and purity of the steel decreased.
