摘　　要：从问卷调查、个人专访、集体座谈和资料收集入手,在认真分析武汉市城市社区普查数据的基础上,阐述了社区事务构成的现状、特点及社区事务长效管理的基本思路,提出了具有一般意义的社区事务长效管理机制的构建途径。From the beginning with questionnaire survey, individual interview, panel interview and data collection, this article elaborates present situation, characteristic and basic consideration on long-term management of the community affairs based on the serious analysis of the Wuhan city community census data, and puts forward the construction path which has the general sense of long-term effective administration mechanism of urban community affairs.
