摘  要:在无水AlCl3及N-甲基吡咯烷酮(NMP)/1,2-二氯乙烷(DCE)复合溶剂的存在下,将含氰侧基芳二醚单体与含偶氮苯结构芳二甲酰氯进行低温付.克缩聚反应,合成了新型含偶氮结构聚芳醚酮。用IR、TG及元素分析等测试技术进行了结构表征和性能测试。结果表明,所合成的聚合物具有预期结构;在N2气气氛中温度(乃)为426~452℃的质量损失为5%;聚合物除了能在浓H2SO4、CF3COOH/CHCl3等强极性质子型溶剂中溶解外,还能溶解于NMP、DMF、DMSO等强极性非质子型溶剂中,也能在普通溶剂(CHCl3、DCE、THF)中溶解。A series of novel poly(aryl ether ketone)s with zao-units were prepared by low temperature Friedal- Crafts polycondensation of azobenzide diformylchloride and aromatic diethers with pendant cyano groups in the presence of AlCl3 , DCE and NMP. IR, DSC, TG and elemental analysis techniques were used to characterize the polymers. The resulted polymers had the proposed structures and their Ta values in N2 were 426 - 452℃, indicating that the polymers had good heat-resistance properties. In addition, the polymers can be dissolved in aprotic polar organic solvents(NMP, DMSO and DMF) and some common solvents(DCE, CHC13, and THF) as well as in strong protic acid, such as aqueous sulfuric acid, and in CHCI3/CF3COOH mixtures.
