摘　　要：未成年人司法制度是国家整个司法制度不可或缺的重要部分,它是衡量一国司法制度发展水平的重要标杆。由于法律传统与社会制度的差异性,使得各国未成年人司法处遇方式有所不同。通过对各国未成年人司法处遇的比较研究,将对我国未成年人司法制度的建构与完备大有裨益。Juvenile justice system is an indispensable part of the judicial system of a country. It is an important model to measure the developmental level of the justice system of a country. With different legal tradition and social system, juvenile justice disposal methods are not the same in different countries. Through the comparative study of the juvenile justice model in different countries, it is of great benefit to construct and complete judicial system in China.
