摘　　要：目的：建立高效液相色谱法测定抗金葡颗粒中黄芩苷的含量。方法：采用Diamonsil ^TMC18（250mm×4．6mm，5μm），以甲醇-水-磷酸（47：53：0．2）为流动相；检测波长为280nm；流速：1．0ml／min；进样量：10μl。结果：黄芩苷在0．051744-0．34496μg范围内线性良好（r=0．99997），平均回收率为101．13％，RSD为1．6％。结论：本法准确、快速、重现性好，可有效控制该制剂质量。Objective ： To establish an HPLC method for determination of baicalin in Kangjinpu Granule. Methods ： The chromatographic separation was performed on a DiamonsilTM Cls column（250 mm × 4.6 mm, 5 μm） with the mobile phase consisting of methanol -water-phosphoric acid（47： 53： 0.2）. Detection wavelength was set at 280 rim; The flow rate was 1.0 ml/min. Results： The linear range were 0.0517 44 -0. 344 96 μg（ r = 0. 999 97 ）. The average recovery was 101.13 % with RSD 1.6%. Conclusion： The methed is accurate, rapid and repeatable. It is suitable for the qualitv control of Kangjinou Granule.
