摘 要:乙草胺是一种用于旱地作物的选择性酰胺类苗前除草剂。在碱性条件下,N-溴代琥珀酰亚胺氧化乙草胺产生较强的化学发光信号,结合流动注射分析技术,建立了测定乙草胺的流动注射化学发光分析法。实验研究了影响化学发光信号强度的各种因素。测定方法的线性范围为1.0×10-3~0.1g/L,检出限为3.0×10-4g/L。对1.0×10-2g/L乙草胺溶液进行11次测定,相对标准偏差为2.8%。乙草胺可湿性粉剂产品中及涪陵榨菜叶乙草胺残留处理液中乙草胺含量的测定,回收率为96.5%~101.7%。Acetochlor is a sort of pesticide of weedicides has selectivity before bud belong to amide class used in the dry land crops. A simple and sensitive flow-injection chemiluminescence method for the determination of acetochlor was developed in this paper. The method is based on the chemiluminescence reaction of acetochlor with N-bromosciccinimide in a sodium hydroxide medium. Various factors influenced the CL system were investigated carefully. The detection limit is 3 ×10^-4g/L, the linear range of determination was 1.0×10^-3 to 0.1 g/L and the relative standard deviation of 2.8% (1.0 ×10^-2g/L, n=l 1). The proposed method was successfully applied to the determination of acetochlor in wettability powder pesticide product and residue-treatment solution in Fuling tumorous stem mustard leaf. The recovery was 96.5-101.7%.
