摘　　要：建立了哒螨灵在柑橘上的残留分析方法。采用丙酮提取柑橘中残留的哒螨灵,用氟罗里硅土和活性炭进行柱净化,气相色谱法(μECD检测器)进行测定,回收率在93.0%～99.3%之间,变异系数在2.1%～4.1%之间,哒螨灵的最低检出限为0.003mg/kg。Analytical method of residues for pyridaben in orange was established in this paper, pyridaben residues in the samples was extracted by acetone, cleaned up with florisil and activated carbon column, and determined by GC equipped with a ECD detector. The average recoveries ranged from 93.0 to 99.3%, the coefficient of variation were from 2.1 to 4.1%, the limit of detection of pyridaben was 0.003 mg/kg.
