黄瓜白粉病菌对烯肟菌胺敏感基线的建立

摘　　要：采用盆栽植株法测定了不同地区59个黄瓜白粉病菌菌株对烯肟菌胺的敏感性。结果表明:各菌株敏感性存在较大差异,EC50值最大为5.30mg/L,最小仅为0.19mg/L,平均值为2.59mg/L,由于菌株均采自未使用过烯肟菌胺杀菌剂的田间,敏感性频率分布呈近似正态分布,可作为黄瓜白粉病菌对烯肟菌胺的相对敏感基线。The sensitivity of Sphaerothecafuliginea of 59 strains collected from different areas to SYP-1620 was measured using the potted plant method. The results showed that the EC50values of strains varied from 0.19 to 5.30 mg/L with the mean of 2.59 mg/L, which could be regarded as the baseline sensitivity of Sphaerothecafuzigine to SYP-1620 because the 59 strains sampled from the region never use strobilurin fungicide, and frequencies distribution of the 59 strains was similar with Gaussian distribution.
