山东省农村信用社制度改革成效的实证分析

摘　　要：制度与经济运行的关系始终是制度变迁理论研究的核心。自2003年至今的农村信用社改革,是制度变迁影响经济绩效的有效实证。本文以此为切入点,利用对山东省农信社改革状况的调研资料,基于财务状况、经营利润、信贷支农、后续可持续发展能力等视角,对农信社此轮改制的运行成效进行系统评析,最后得出几点启示与结论。Relationship of system and working economy is core of institution transference theory. Rural credit cooperatives＇ reform since 3 years so far, having been the demonstration of economic performance. The article takes this as point of penetration, makes use of survey of RCC reforms in Shandong Province, bases on angles of financial situation, operating profit, agrofinancial credit, ability of sustainable development, made an objective report and systematic evaluation on RCC,and gives some recommendations and implications of the study at last.
