固体合成渣钢包脱硫的应用研究

摘　　要：介绍了如何控制小转炉终点硫含量和钢包钢水硫含量的试验、钢包使用合成渣能有效地脱硫、减少钢水吸氮以及降低钢中氧和夹杂物含量，但使钢水略有增氢。重点分析讨论了影响钢包合成渣脱硫效果的主要因素。This paper introduces tests of how to control the [S] contents of bothsulphur of terminal point in a small converter and sulphur in molten steel in a ladle. Experiments demonstrate that tile synthetic slag has achieved very remarkable results indesulphurization, decreasing suction of [N] as well as reduction of [O] and inclusions insteel. But it slightly Increases the [H] contents in steel. Main factors affecting the desulphurlzatlon results of synthetic slags in ladle are analyzed emphatically.
