咸阳农业产业发展现状 问题及对策研究——以咸阳市永寿县为例

摘　　要：农业作为我国的传统产业和8亿农民主要的就业领域,其基础地位受到工业现代化的严重挑战。进入21世纪,虽然西部地区城市经济产业发展较快,但是农业仍然是农民就业和农户增收的主要途径和来源。研究和探索西部地区农业产业发展对解决我国三农问题和城乡协调发展有着重要的现实意义。对咸阳市永寿县农业产业发展现状、存在问题全面客观分析的基础上,提出了促进永寿县农业产业又好又快发展的对策和措施。The basic position of agriculture which was the traditional industry and main field of employment for 800 million farmers in China faced serious challenge of industrial modernization. Entered 21 century, although the urban economic industry in Western China developed rapidly, agriculture was still the main way and sources for peasant employment and peasant households increase income. So it had important practical significance for solving the three agricultural problems and coordinated urban and rural development to study and explore the agricultural industry development in western China. Based on the comprehensive and objective analysis of status and problems of agricultural industry development in Yongshou County, Countermeasures for high efficient and fast development of agricultural industry were put forward.
