三种粗纺细纱设备纺纱性能的比较分析

摘　　要：粗梳毛纺系统常用的细纱设备有走架细纱机、走锭细纱机和环锭细纱机三种,测试了三种细纱机在相同条件下所纺细纱的各项指标,通过分析测试指标来对比三种细纱机的纺纱性能。试验结果表明:走架细纱机和走锭细纱机所纺纱线条干均匀度要优于环锭细纱机,但生产效率却低于环锭细纱机。There are three common woolen spinning systems, self acting stand machine, mule spinning machine and ring spinning machine. In order to compare their spinning performance, this article tested and analyzed the indexes of the yarns spun on the three woolen spinning machines under the same conditions. The result shows that the yarn evenness of self acting stand and mule spinning is better than that of the ring spinning, while their efficiency is lower than that of the ring spinning.
