摘  要:目前硬岩掘进机最常用的盘形滚刀有17 in及19 in 2种规格的滚刀,经工程实例比较,19 in规格的滚刀具有更好的破岩效率及耐磨度。在开挖面岩体性质、滚压速度、刀具结构材料基本相同的条件下,滚刀直径的增大为何导致破岩效果更好,从理论分析的角度,量化比较这2种规格的单刃滚刀的破岩效率及耐磨度,为掘进机用户在选型时提供参考。17 indisc cutters and 19 in disc cutters are the main disc cutters used on hard rock tunnel boring machines nowadays. According to the comparing of their performances based on the construction experience, 19 in disc cutters have better rock-breaking efficiency and anti-wearing capacity. Under the same construction conditions, such as the same surrounding rock quality, the same roiling speed and the same structure and material of the disc cutters, disc cutters with large diameter have better rock-breaking efficiency than those with small diameter. By theoretical analysis, the authors make quantitative comparison of rock-breaking efficiency and anti-wearing capacity between these two types of single edge disc cutters. This paper can provide reference for the selection of tunnel boring machines in the future.
