摘　　要：本文介绍了太钢二烧100m2烧结机的工艺和设备特点，主要包括燃料预筛分、自动重量配料、延长混合机造球时间、厚料层烧结、多篷式烧嘴点火器以及完善的整料系统．In this paper, the features of process flowsheet and equipments which mainly include fuel pre -screening, automatical proportioning by weight, deep bed sintering, multi - slit gas igniter and sinter cake sizing system etc. in 100m2 sinter plant project for Taiyuan I&S Co. were introduced in brief.
