摘 要:应用扫描电镜及偏振光显微镜对赤狐背部和腹部直针毛的髓质指数及鳞片花纹类型进行研究,并观察了赤狐颈部和臀部的髓质指数。结果表明,赤狐4个部位的髓质花纹区别不显著,背部的髓质指数为61.3%,腹部的髓质指数为46.2%,颈部的髓质指数为73.3%,臀部的髓质指数为80.5%,4个部位髓质指数区间为40.9%~80.9%;鳞片花纹类型较单一,背部主要鳞片类型为杂波型,腹部主要鳞片类型为长瓣型,其次均为方瓣型,而扁平型、过渡型和冠状型在2个部位均不够显著。与同科的其他种类相比,主要鳞片的类型存在差异,可为物种的识别提供依据,但有一定的难度。A study on the medullary index and scale pattern of straight guard hair from the back and the abdomen of the red fox Vulpes vulpes was conducted by scanning electronic microscope and polarizing microscope. Moreover, the medullary index of straight guard hair from the neck and the hip of red fox was studied. The result showed that the difference of medullary pattern from 4 parts was not obvious, the medullary index of back was 61.3%, abdomen 46.2%, neck 73.3%, hip 80.5%, and the medullary index interval of hairs from 4 parts was between 40.9% and 80.9%. Scale pattern was simple, mainly including irregular wave type from its back's hair, long valve type from its abdomen's hair, and secondly, it was wide valve type. However, fiat type, middle type and coronal type were very little in the back's and abdomen's hairs. The difference of main scale pattern with another species of eanidae in same part was very obvious which could supply basis for classification of species, but there were difficulties for identification.
