摘 要:应用Grimelius银染法对白条草蜥消化道嗜银细胞进行了染色和切片观察。结果表明:在白条草蜥的消化道中嗜银细胞分布广泛,见于其全长。其嗜银细胞形态多样,主要有锥体形、椭圆形等;其嗜银细胞分布密度于胃幽门最高,胃体次之,十二指肠最低。其消化道嗜银细胞分布型的形成与生活环境和取食方式等有关;根据其形态,嗜银细胞具有内、外分泌两种功能。Using the silver nitrate method of Grimelius to study argyrophil ceils in the digestivc tract ot Takyaromus wolteri. The results were as follows : the argyrophil cells could be found throughout the digestive tract, from esophagus to rectum. The argyrophil cells were ellipse, shuttle and so on ; and their density was the highest in the pylorica part of stomach, followed by the body of stomach. The lowest cell density was found in duodenum. The origin of distributive mode of argyrophil cells in the digestive tract of Takydromus wolteri might be related to its habitat and feeding habit. According to the morphology of argyrophil cells, the argyrophil cells might have both endocrine and exocrine functions.
