摘　　要：介绍了攀钢研制的09CuPRE热轧耐候板的生产工艺以及板材的各项性能指标。采用喂丝法向连铸结晶器内喂稀土丝的生产工艺．稀土收得率高于国内同类产品的生产水平。板材机械性能稳定，各向同性优良．冷弯成型性能优于国内同类产品。板材具有良好的耐大气腐蚀性能。The production technologic and property indices of 09CuPRE hot rolled weather resisting steel plate developed and produced at Pangang are introduced. The rare earth cored wire is fed into the casting mould resulting in a higher RE yield. The steel plate produced by the company exhibits stable mechanical properties. excellent isotropy, remarkable weather resisting property and cold bend forming property better than that of the same grades produced by the domestic steelmakers.
