摘　　要：选择表面活性剂双十二烷基二甲基氯化铵{[(C12H25)2N+(CH3)2]Cl-}对δ-Na2Si2O5进行柱撑,考察了水量、温度对柱撑产物的影响。通过控制合成条件可以得到稳定的有机物柱撑层状硅酸钠。采用XRD和FT-IR分析手段对样品进行了物理化学表征。δ layered sodium disilicate （3-Na2Si2O5） was considered as efficient non-phosphate detergent builder with excellent detergen- cy effect. In order to more realize the interaction between δ-Na2Si2O5 and surfactant, the pillared derivatives from δ-Na2Si2O5 were investigated by intercalation of 12-alkyl dimethyl ammonium chloride { [（C12H25）2N＋ （CH3）2]Cl- }. The influences of various parameters such as water amount and temperature were examined. The stable pillared derivatives were obtained by controlling synthesis conditions. The resultant samples were characterized by XRD and FT-IR observation.
