摘　　要：介绍了济钢焦化厂开发应用的一种新的节能环保技术即导热油生产技术。该技术中导热油可循环使用,减少了蒸汽的消耗,避免了蒸汽蒸馏中废水的增加。项目投产后,各项参数运行稳定,产品质量指标合格,年减少污水15.8万t,年经济效益3512万元。This paper introduced a heat conducting oil production technology, that is, a new energy-saving and environmental protection technology that the coking plant of Jinan Steel developed and applied. This technology can use cyclically heat conducting oil, reduced the consumption of steam and avoided increasing waste water in the steam distillation. After the item put into production, the parameters run stable, the quality indexes of product were eligible, reducing waste water 158 thousand tons per year and economic benefits were 35 120 thousand Yuan per year
