摘  要:为充分发挥发电机组的能力并有效利用各类余热蒸汽资源,济钢开发了为分布式发电站补充蒸汽的技术。通过减温减压等调节蒸汽参数,将3号100t干熄焦蒸汽并入燃气蒸汽联合循环发电机组;通过增加蒸汽量和降低汽轮机背压,实施了干熄焦发电机组补汽技术;通过调整除盐水加药方式和加药时间等,使厚板厂加热炉蒸汽品质达标,引入烧结机发电机组。补汽技术的应用,大幅度提升了发电负荷。In order to give full play to the capacity of generating units and the effective use of various types of waste heat steam resources, Jinan Steel developed a supplementary steam technology for distributed power plants. By setting desuporheating and decompression device for parameters steam-conditioning, the steam generated the 3rd 100 t CDQ equipment was merged into the gas and steam cycle generating units. By increasing the amount of steam and lowering back pressure, the supplementary steam technology was brought into effect in the CDQ units. The heat furnace steam of the heavy plate plant was improved to meet the quality and was introduced to sinter power generating units via adjustment on adding method and time of salt removal solvent for clean water. The application of supplementary steam technology increased the power generate charge in great extent.
