痔上黏膜环切术在痔治疗中的临床应用分析

摘　　要：[目的]评价痔上黏膜环切术（procedure fgr prolapse and hemorrhoids, PPH） 在治疗痔病中的临床效果。[方法]采用环形吻合器为181例混合痔患者行PPH手术，分析临床效果，总结经验。[结果]本组患者手术时间20-60min，平均38．8min，病人痔核均回缩明显，6～10d痔块基本萎缩，术后2d可下床活动。随访1个月至5年无复发和其他不良现象。[结论]PPH术治疗痔病，患者术后痛苦疼痛轻，恢复快，并发症少，是目前理想治疗重度痔病的重要手术方式。[Objective]To evaluate the clinical effect of procedure for prolapse and hemorrhoids （PPH） for the treatment of hemorrhoids. [Methods3A total of 181 patients were treated with PPH. The clinical efficacy was analyzed and the experience was discussed. [Results]The operation time was from 20 to 60 min（average 38.8 min） and the patients could move freely in 2 days. The hemorrhoids obviously returned and shrunk in 6 to 10 days. All the patients were followed up and found without recurrence or any other badness. [Conclusion]PPH is the most important surgery technique with little pain, rapid recovery and little complications.
