摘　　要：[目的]探讨肌钙蛋白I（cTnI）升高在呼吸科ICU（RICU）的临床意义。[方法]2006年2月至2008年9月期间，作者观察了320例收住RICU患者的血清cTn1水平，分析了相关数据。[结果]cTn1正常组和升高组比较，RICU住院时间、病死率、机械通气、缩血管药物使用、心律失常差异有显著性（P〈0．05）。在Logistic回归分析中，cTn1升高与病死率独立相关。[结果]RICU患者cTn1升高和较差的预后相关。[Objective] To investigate the significance of the elevation of serum troponin I in patients of respiratory intensive care unit. [Methods] From Feb. 2006 to Sep. 2008, the level of serum troponin I was observed and clinical data of 320 patients were analyzed. [Results] Comparing to patients with normal level of cardiac troponin, there were statistically significant differences in the length of stay in intensive care unit, mortality, mechanical ventilation, the usage of vasoconstrictor drug and arrhythmia （ P d0.05）. In the logistic regression analysis, the elevated level of cardiac troponin I was related to the mortality（ P 〈0.05）. [Conclusion] The elevated level of cardiac troponin I is related to poor prognosis in the respiratory intensive care unit.
