运用人文关怀理念护理乙型肝炎病人的效果探讨

摘　　要：目的运用人文关怀理念实施乙型肝炎病人的护理，为临床工作提供优质服务。方法选择2006年7月至2007年12月收治的乙型肝炎病人40例，随机分为观察组20例，对照组20例，观察组采用人文关怀理念护理病人，对照组采用传统方法护理病人，比较两组护理前后情况。结果观察组的满意率明显高于对照组（P〈0．05）。结论运用人文关怀理念做好乙型肝炎病人的护理，可缓解病人自卑心理。Objective To provides the high-quality service for the clinical work by using clinical concern idea in hepatitis B patient＇s nursing. Methods chooses 40 examples of hepatitis B patient between July, 2006 to December, 2007, dividing stochastically into the observation group 20 examples, the control group 20 examples, the observation group uses the humanities concern idea, the control group uses traditional nursing, compared two groups before and after nursing situation around. Results The satisfaction rate of observation group is higher than that of the control group obviously （P〈0.05）. Conclusions Using the humanities concern idea in the nursing of hepatitis B patients, may alleviate the patient inferiority complex.
