摘　　要：目的:研究食品保鲜袋用于男性尿失禁病人的护理效果。方法:将172例小便不能自控病人随机分为两组,一次性尿套外接尿袋组86例及保鲜袋组86例。观察泌尿系感染、阴茎皮肤水肿、尿液外漏、皮肤湿疹、家属满意度、护理效果6个方面的情况。结果:保鲜袋组接尿效果明显优于一次性尿套外接尿袋组。结论:保鲜袋接尿法是一种简便、经济、有效的方法,节省人力、物力,减少了并发症的发生,方便临床护理。Objective ：To explore the nursing effect of food storage bags on male patients with urinary incontinence. Methods ： 172 cases who could not control urination were randomly divided into two groups, the urine - bag group had 86 cases with one - time - use penis sheath attached to urine bags, the food storage bag group had 86 cases with food storage bags to collect urine. The influence on six aspects was observed in two groups： urinary tract infection, skin edema on the penis, urine leakage, skin eczema, family satisfaction, nursing effect. Results ： Curative effect on the cases with food storage bag group was better than with urine - bag group. Conclusion： Collecting urine with food storage bags was a simple, economical and effective way. It could save man power and nature resources, reduced complications on the cases,clinical care also benefited from it.
