摘　　要：目的:调查老年肺结核患者疾病认知程度,并制订针对性的健康教育对策。方法:采用自行设计问卷调查表对88例住院老年肺结核患者进行调查。结果:老年肺结核患者缺少肺结核相关知识,患者对肺结核知识来源于医护人员。结论:医护宣教是提高患者疾病知识认知的重要途径,应根据老年患者的生理特点和文化程度有针对性地加强健康教育指导。Objective ：To investigate the cognitive level of disease of the elderly patients with tuberculosis and to work out relevant strat- egies for their health education. Methods ： A total of 88 elderly hospitalized patients with tuberculosis were investigated with a self - de- signed questionnaire. Results ： The elderly patients with tuberculosis lack the knowledge of tuberculosis. Their knowledge about tuberculosis mainly comes from doctors and nurses. Conclusion：Health care and education was an important way to improve the knowledge and the cognitive level of disease of the patients with tuberculosis. Health education and guidance should be carried out according to the physiological characteristics and education level of the elderly patients with tuberculosis.
