摘　　要：WiMAX得到了业界的广泛支持,其标准化进程不断推进。本文首先分析了WiMAX标准的分类方法、标准名称、通过时间、发布时间和当前状态,并从参考模型、网络控制与管理系统、网络参考模型、通用分组汇聚子层和媒质无关切换等方面对WiMAX最新标准IEEE 802.19g-2007标准进行了研究。最后,对IEEE 802.16k标准的原理和应用进行了详细介绍。WiMAX has a strong base of standardization and industry support that provides a strong evolutionary path of its capabilities. This paper presents the category, name, Released time, Approved time and status quo of WiMAX. Furthermore, we research into the new standard of IEEE 802.19g-2007 from five aspects, i.e. protocol model, network control and management system, network reference model, General Packet Convergence Sub-layer （GPCS）, Media Independent Handover （MIH）. In conclusion, we introduce the principium and application of IEEE 802.16k.
