摘　　要：目的探讨HDCP的发病原因和预防措施。方法对我院2006-01～2008-03收治的46例孕妇进行健康教育,有针对性地进行预防护理。结果经过临床护理和心理护理,取得满意效果。结论重视孕期卫生宣教,加强围生期保健,做好孕妇的心理疏导,注意合理饮食与休息,采取科学有效的护理措施,可预防HDCP的发生与发展。Objective To investigate the causes and prevention measures for HDCP. Methods From January 2006 to March 2008, 46 cases of pregnant women were treated,and were carried out health education preventive care. Results After clinical nursing and psychological care, the effects were satisfactory. Conclusion It is important to announce feticulture, strengthen perinatal care, make psych-dredge to prevent the occurrence of HDCP and development. In additional, we should tell them to pay attention to a reasonable diet and rest,and give them scientific and effective nursing measures.
