摘　　要：毛古斯舞是土家族一种极其古老的表演艺术,其保护与传承都已陷入困境。对毛古斯舞的研究与保护,有利于研究土家族原始生活方式和最初的生活形态,有利于探源中国戏剧艺术史的萌芽,有利于毛古斯舞的生命力得到延续。Maogusi dance is an ancient performance art of Tujia inheritance is now in a difficult situation.
