摘 要:空气钻井技术于2000年成为国内热门钻井技术,2005年应用于川东北地区20余口探井,其中78%的井取得了良好的经济效益。钻井的经济效益取决于空气钻井进尺和机械钻速。根据钻井成本的构成及成本与钻井技术经济指标的关系建立了经济进尺和经济机械钻速数学模型,并以川东北地区探井空气钻井实际成本和现场实钻资料对数学模型进行了验证。通过评价分析认为,应用气体钻井技术存在临界经济进尺和临界机械钻速的关系,当钻井进尺大于临界进尺、机械钻速高于临界值时有经济效益,否则就没有经济效益。Air drilling technology which has became one of the popular drilling technologies since 2000 was applied to more than 20 wells in Northwest Sichuan in 2005 and 78% of which has acquired good economic benefits.As economic benefit of well drilling is determined by drilling footage and penetration rate,a mathematical model of breakeven footage and breakeven penetration rate based on drilling cost composition,and relations between cost and tech-economic indication of drilling.Then,actual costing and on-site drilling data in Northwest Sichuan have been used to verify this mathematical model.The analysis shows that application of air drilling technology can make economic benefit only when drilling footage is higher than critical footage and penetration rate is higher than critical level.Otherwise,application of air drilling technology cannot bring economic benefit.
