摘 要:2006年10月-2008年5月,在甘肃徽县水阳江铅锌污染段选择4个样点,分别在3个水期采集水样,研究了肉鞭虫物种多样性及群落结构.共鉴定到肉鞭虫61种,隶属于4纲14目23科33属.利用肉鞭虫群落特征指标对水阳江铅锌污染段的水质进行了初步评价.综合评价结果显示4个样点受污染程度从重到轻的顺序依次为:县城〉厂区〉牟坝〉对照,总体污染级别为am-Ps.初步筛选出草履唇滴虫(C.paramaecium)、阿氏波豆虫(B.alexeieffii)、普通表壳虫(A.vulgaris)可作为能耐受铅锌污染水体环境的指示物种.The species diversity and community structure of Sarcomastigophora in the Pb-Zn-contaminated section of the Shuiyangjiang River were studied from October 2006 to May 2008. 61 species belonging to 4 classes, 14 orders, 23 family, 33 genus were identified, and the water quality of Shuiyangjiang River was preliminarily evaluated by analyzing the community characteristics of Sarcomastigophora. The results showed that the water of the Pb-Zn-contaminated section of the Shuiyangjiang river had been polluted dif- ferently. The severity of water pollution in 4 sampling sites was Xiancheng〉Changqu〉Muba〉Duizhao, the general grade of pollution being am-Ps. The pollution indicators of the Pb-Zn-contaminated water body were preliminarily defined as C. pararnaecium, B. alexeief fii and A. vulgaris.
