摘　　要：‘伽玛射束头部立体定向放射治疗质量保证’是指经过周密计划而采取的一系列必要的措施,保证放射治疗的整个服务过程中的各个环节按国际标准准确安全地执行。‘ Quality assurance in Gamma rays radiotherapy＇ is all procedures that ensure consistency of the medical prescription, and safe fulfilment of that prescription, as regards the dose to the target volume, together with minimal dose to normal tissue, minimal exposure of personnel and adequate patient monitoring aimed at determining the end result of the treatment. Again, it must be stressed that quality assurance in radiotherapy is eoneemed with all aspects of the radiotherapy process and should involve all groups of staff in a eooperative approach, since quality activities are interdependent.
