抗虫基因导入对棉花形态产量性状的影响

摘  要:从棉花形态性状和产量形成特征2个方面比较系统地研究了抗虫基因导入对棉花农艺性状的影响,研究结果表明:转基因抗虫棉的单株结铃数、成铃率高于其受体品种;单株果枝数、单株果节数、铃重、衣分低于受体品种。抗虫基因导入引起的结铃性增强效应与铃重、衣分减弱效应相平衡,使得转基因抗虫棉的皮棉产量与受体品种基本持平。This paper studied effect of gene of insect-resistant on cotton economic character .The researches showed that transgenic insect-resistant cotton had higher fruit retention, lower boll weight and lint percent. Fruit branches and fruit nodes of transgenic insect-resistant cotton were less than that of its acceptor varieties. Because boll weight and lint percent of transgenic insect-resistant cotton were lower its acceptor varieties, lint yield of transgenic insect-resistant cotton was the same as its acceptor varieties.
