摘　　要：同步网在电力通信网中起着重要的支撑作用。文章简述了同步网建设的必要性和组网原则;从规划设计一个新同步网的角度,探讨了同步网建设的若干问题;指出南方电网综合利用数字同步网过程中几个值得注意的问题,并进行了有益的尝试。The synchronous network plays an important role in power communication network. This paper describes the necessity and principle of constructing a synchronous network, discusses the problems occuring in construction. Some suggestions on the implementation of digital synchronous network in China south power grid are also put forward in the paper.
