摘　　要：随着电力通信网络的不断扩大,电力通信资源系统、通信设备综合网管监测系统等应用系统得到了广泛应用。文章介绍了江苏电力通信资源管理与综合监测集成系统的建设,通过建立适合电力通信系统特点以及涵盖通信资源设备、管理、实时等属性的信息模型,实现电力通信资源管理与综合监测的集成,更好地为电力通信生产服务。With the development of electric communication system, many supporting systems, such as resource management systems and integrated network system, have been applied. This paper introduces the construction of integrated system which integrates resource management and network management functions in Jiangsu electric power communication system. On the base of a common system model which is suitable for electric communication application and covers the different characters of telecommunication equipments, resource management function and real-time network management function are well integrated.
