摘 要:通过试验分析了发动机转速、负荷、压缩比、点火提前角以及火花塞间隙对稀薄燃烧的影响,优化了稀薄技术条件下压缩比、点火提前角等参数。试验表明,稀燃技术使电控LPG发动机经济性、排放性和动力性优于原LPG发动机,排放性和经济性远好于汽油机,动力性接近汽油机。By the experiment, the influences of engine speed, load, compression ratio, spark advance angle and spark-plug gap on lean-burn were analyzed. The parameters like compression ratio, spark advance angle and so on under the condition of leanburn were optimized. The experiment shows that the electronically controlled LPG engine with lean-burn technology has better emission, economy and power performance than the original LPG engine, whose emission and economy are far better than those of gasoline engine and whose power performance is close to that of gasoline engine.
